REFUND POLICY

At The Loading Bay, we take pride in preparing every meal with care and ensuring that our guests have the best possible dining experience. Because our food is made fresh to order, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or served. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Dine-In Orders

If there’s an issue with your meal, please let our staff know right away. We’ll gladly replace the dish or offer another solution to ensure you leave happy.

Takeaway & Delivery Orders

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food. We may issue a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • For advance orders or catering: Cancellations made at least 3 working days in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.
